We have one year limited warranty on all of our product. Please contact us at email@example.com so we can assign you a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. If you have done any troubleshooting on your own, please be prepared to give this information to our customer service and technical support representatives. We will also require a proof of purchase that shows the date of purchase, model number and store/channel for the purchase.

Note: Repairs have a 45 day warranty. If the unit sent in is still under its original warranty, then the new warranty is 45 days or to the end of the original one year warranty, depending upon which is longer.
