Repair Service

We have one year limited warranty on all of our product. Please contact us at support@maylonggroup.com so we can assign you a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. If you have done any troubleshooting on your own, please be prepared to give this information to our customer service and technical support representatives. We will also require a proof of purchase that shows the date of purchase, model number and store/channel for the purchase.

Repair procedure:

  1. Send us email at support@maylonggroup.com or call us at 248-853-9477, 248-853-6477 or 248-853-5774 to request the RMA number & return instruction
  2. Return product in a secure and durable package to prevent damage during transit
  3. Please make sure to enclose the information below.
  4. Please mark your assigned RMA number visibly and clearly on the outside of the box
  5. Technical issues reported will be evaluated by our technical specialist. Repair service fee may be applied depending the nature of the damage and warranty eligibility.

Note: Repairs have a 45 day warranty. If the unit sent in is still under its original warranty, then the new warranty is 45 days or to the end of the original one year warranty, depending upon which is longer.
